- Yes, and it is usually how we do it. The new system runs alongside the old one, one workflow moves at a time, and the old tool is switched off only when nothing depends on it. Big-bang cutovers are how these projects go wrong.

- Usually. We have integrated with Tally, Zoho, Shopify and various in-house and vendor ERPs. Where an API exists we use it; where one does not we agree on a scheduled exchange rather than pretending it is real time.
